1. Chief Industry Development Officer
  • Age Limit: 55 years
  • Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Minimum 16 years of education in engineering, computer sciences, or management disciplines. Higher degrees in management, business administration, or finance preferred. PMP certification is advantageous. At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in handling skills development programs, regulatory frameworks, taxation issues, and business ease initiatives. At least 3 years of leadership experience in a technology-driven organization.
2. Manager Digital Media & Content Creation
  • Age Limit: 45 years
  • Reports to: Director Marketing & Branding
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Minimum 16 years of education in marketing, business administration, journalism, or related fields. At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in content production, digital marketing, media handling, and campaign management. Preference for candidates with experience in the IT/Tech sector.
3. Coordinator Training & Certifications

  • Reports to: Director Skills & Capacity Development

    • Minimum 16 years of education in computer sciences, social sciences, engineering, or business administration. 4. Assistant Manager Finance

  • Reports to: Manager Finance & Accounts

    • Minimum 16 years of education in accounting or finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience. CA (Inter)/CAF with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
5. Assistant Manager Statutory Affairs

  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Minimum 16 years of education in finance, accounts, or corporate governance. Members of the Institute of Corporate Chartered Secretaries or LLB holders preferred. At least 5 years of experience in statutory and corporate affairs.
6. Assistant Manager Internal Audit
  • Age Limit: 40 years
  • Reports to: Director Internal Audit
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Minimum 16 years of education in accounting, finance, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in internal/external audit, risk management, or compliance. CA (Inter)/CAF with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in public sector organizations.
7. Assistant Manager Strategy & Partnership
